Within the ODDI, we mine GWAS, multi-omics, biomarker, and epidemiological datasets to uncover novel, tractable targets.

Our portfolio focuses on genes linked to inflammation and endolysosomal function, reflecting a strategic balance between neuroimmune and endolysosomal pathways, particularly where endolysosomal function directly shapes microglial activity.
