Research Assistant
Carina received a MSc degree in biochemistry from Hebrew University, Jerusalem. Before arriving in Oxford, she worked mainly on signalling pathways in academic (Hebrew U, Volcani Center, Stanford U) and pharma (D-pharm) settings. At the Structural Genomics Consortium (Oxford University) she was involved in many aspects of the probe and TEPs development for epigenetic and kinase targets. She has experience in protein expression, purification, crystallisation and testing of compounds in cell based assay.
Carina joined the BRC team in 2020 and is undertaking comprehensive screening of the SGC epigenetic probe set in our collaborating laboratories.
