The Centre for Medicines Discovery has developed a number of core platforms which support not only our work but also that of colleagues within the University and beyond. Our expertise is available as a service to all and includes many aspects of early-stage drug discovery all the way from protein production, protein structure determination, chemical and cellular biology screening and various cutting-edge proteomics approaches, all underpinned by effective data management, informatics and research computing capabilities. We have experience of working at all scales from individual grant-funded work and industry projects all the way up to international consortia programmes.
