ANDME stands for Association of NDMRB Early Career Researchers (ECRs). We represent ECRs working in the NDMRB including but not limited to laboratory technicians, research assistants, students, and post-doctoral researchers
Mission Statement
A group to advocate, support, and organise events for Early Career Researchers within the NDMRB.
Our Areas of Interest
Wellbeing - Yoga classes, social sports events (badminton, table tennis), mental health awareness and support (MHFaider initiative), and more
Social - Board game nights, movie nights, pub quizzes, city tours, seasonal gatherings, and more
Professional development - Building-wide mentoring scheme, career talks by internal and external speakers, career advisor seminars, and more
Networking - Efforts towards connecting ECRs within the NDMRB, Old Road Campus, and the wider university community
